	We ship only to the United States and Canada.
	If you live in the United States (including the Continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska, APO, FPO, and U.S. Territories), we ship by USPS Media Mail (small orders) or UPS Ground (larger orders) .
	If you live in Canada, we ship by USPS Economy (Surface) Letter Post or UPS Canada Ground Standard.

Our online shopping cart automatically calculates shipping costs for our customers buying 9 books or less.

If you are buying 10 or more books, you can still use our online shopping cart to place your order. If the shopping cart indicates a shipping cost, it will only be approximate. We will email you back notice of the shipping cost, and will await your approval before shipping your order. Taxes
