Is there I-ness in Oneness?
"Interconnection or interconnectedness is the recognition that all beings and all aspects of the cosmos are interrelated and at the same time being have unique differences. These differences are fascinating and unique. Sometimes they are annoying, and sometimes they are enriching. But these differences are part of the tapestry of manifest reality, and they are not superfluous.
"One of the difficulties we see with the concept of oneness, as currently propagated by some persons in the New Age and Personal Growth communities, is that the unique differences between people are denigrated and somehow because everything is one, appropriate energetic boundaries between individuals can be, and often are, disregarded. Furthermore, some individuals use this belief system (i.e., oneness) as an excuse to avoid personal accountability and responsibility. In our experience of ourselves through all dimensions we remain unique individuals, and the higher dimensions of our being do not obliterate our uniqueness but rather present greater opportunities for creation."

Starlings, Druids and Unity Consciousness
"It is interesting writing this morning about how we are in what feels like an energy dance and how within this dance there is movement and change and how we need to feel that energy and be free to move with it without fear of letting go or being let go.
"Starling murmurations illustrate this well showing how we are each unique and yet part of a collective. When we begin to tap into this collective energy we move in unison and harmony.
"The Starlings show the way no leaders moving by instinct each instinctively feeling the energy and moving with it.
"There is a freedom of movement however there is also harmony as the collective appears to move as One. It appears this way because there is a freedom of movement with the energy flow.
"This energy dance feels like a celebration of uniqueness, harmony and Unity.
