REVISED CHART OF CHAKRAS --

Including Subpersonal and Transpersonal Chakras

Note the unfamiliar chakras in this chart from http://www.wingmakers.co.nz/Chakras.html .

I've run across additional "new" chakras in various accounts of ascension now taking place,

and have amended the original chart to show them, as best I can figure them out.

My sources were somewhat conflicting.--Alice

OUR CHANGING CHAKRAS

Our chakras are changing as our frequency changes in response to Earth's own changes in frequency in recent years. Changes unfolding in and additions to the higher chakras will allow us to adjust to all the realities around us and to peak into the spiritual as well as the physical realms.(13)

Galactic Male and Female
The male and female energies in us that are not fully balanced yet, are totally balanced in the fully conscious being, and we can use our female aspects and our male aspects to problem-solve creatively whatever is happening to us and around us. (13)

Symptoms of Change

These chakric changes can cause temporarily uncomfortable, but harmless symptoms:

--heart pains and odd breathing episodes

--headaches, nausea, and periods of forgetfulness

--blurred vision

--sudden feeling of exhaustion; need to get more sleep

If you experience these symptoms, it might be good to check with a medical doctor to make sure there is no physical basis for them. If none is discovered, then it helps to understand that these changes, although unsettling, will lead to greater awareness, and a richer and more joyful experience of life.

CAVEAT

In addition to the seven major chakras there are several important chakras located off the physical body which are important for your spiritual well-being.... Please ensure that you have been working with and balancing the seven main chakras before you attempt to work with the higher energy points above and behind the head. If you don't it will feel like you are requiring a tractor to perform at the level of a Ferrari--not comfortable! Working with the Earth Star below the feet is a good place to start and will help keep your energies safe.(1)

Below are descriptions of the chakras from various sources. My comments are in italics.--Alice

SUBPERSONAL CHAKRAS

1. Earth Star or Foot Chakra

This chakra is variously described as being 6 inches to four feet below the feet. The discrepancy is likely due to the presence of a number of "Subpersonal Chakras," of which there are purported to be five: Earth Star, Earth Centering, Subpersonal Leadership, Incarnator, and Incarnation Point. See info below.

The Earth Star Chakra is a chakra believed by some New Age and Neo-pagan groups to exist in line with one's spine six inches (about 40 centimeters) below the feet (thus, one would be carrying it with oneself six inches below the surface of Earth wherever one walks, and of course six inches below oneself wherever else one goes, as for example when flying on an airplane or doing rock climbing). However, others describe the Earth star chakra as being "two arms lengths" below the feet, which would make it about four feet below the feet.(8)

It is believed to coordinate the "grounding cord" for one's lightbody that leads to the center of the earth and when functioning properly in coordination with the Muladhara Chakra allows one to be grounded and centered (i.e., function effectively on the physical plane by having the ability to do such things as get a good education, hold a job, keep one's personal finances in order, and stay healthy by getting good nutrition, getting enough physical exercise and not using recreational drugs or not using them to excess.(8)

This chakra connects us to earth and the divine mother and is the grounding cord of your multidimensional light body.(6)

This is the grounding point we use when we earth our energies and is found below our feet. It is our connection to Mother Earth and helps keep us firmly ‘planted’ into physicality, which is where we are meant to be in our physical incarnation. Being properly grounded through the Earth Star helps to keep our subtle bodies anchored and aligned correctly. Use grounding stones such as hematite, black tourmaline or smoky quartz. If you are sitting or standing you can place the stones on the floor between your feet; if lying, you'll find the point between and below the feet.(1)

Many beings on the Earth Plane have often felt a longing or a yearning to be some place other than on the Earth. Some individuals, in order to cope with the brutality of the Earth Plane, are energetically ungrounded so that they are able to float, as it were, and be in what seems to be a safe zone for them.(2)

It quite simply needs to be understood that if we wish to be here and participate through our present embodiment in this transformational period upon the Earth Plane, then we need to be grounded.(2)

By being grounded we can respond appropriately from every level of our being to every occurrence or experience in life, there by having the complete experience of being on the Earth Plane as well as being fully present for each of these experiences. While safety may seem to lie outside or beyond our physical bodies, nothing could be further from the truth.(2)

1b. Earth Centering Chakra

Below the feet at an arm's length, it links to the archaic earth energy [this may refer to ley lines].(8)

1c. Subpersonal Leadership Chakra

Below the feet at an arm's length - Anima, in contact with the female archetype.(8)

1d. Incarnator Chakra

About 16 inches below the feet -- connection to ancestry, tribe, clan.(8)

1e. Incarnation Point Chakra

A few inches below the feet -- practical implementation of the soul journey for the current life.(8)

TRADITIONAL AND NEW CHAKRAS WITHIN THE PHYSICAL BODY

2. Base Chakra, aka Root Chakra, Muladhara Chakra

This chakra is symbolized by a lotus with four petals and the color red. This center is located at the base of the spine in the coccygeal region. It is said to relate to the gonads and the adrenal medulla, responsible for the fight-or-flight reponse when survival is under threat.(11)

Muladhara is related to instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. Physically, Muladhara governs sexuality, mentally it governs stability, emotionally it governs sensuality, and spiritually it governs a sense of security. Muladhara has a relation to the sense of smell.(11)

This chakra is where the three main nadis separate and begin their upward movement. Dormant Kundalini rests here, wrapped three and a half times around the black Svayambhu linga, the lowest of three obstructions to her full rising (also known as knots or granthis). It is the seat of the red bindu, the female drop (which in Tibetan vajrayana is located at the navel chakra).(11)

The seed syllable is Lam (pronounced lum), the deity is  Ganesh, and the Shakti is Dakini. The associated animal is the elephant.(11)

The Root Chakra enables us to attune to Mother Earth and anchor the higher frequencies of the Universe to her. When this Center is fully activated, the fear of death is transcended.(7)

The centre of physical energy and vitality, the energy to succeed in business or material possessions. Center of manifestations. Throughout the ancient world in historical and mythological stories, the root chakra has been associated with dragons and snakes. Dragons are a symbol for the kundalini fire energy. It is also here that we learn the abilities of grounding and ungrounding from the earth and physical plane through learning to control the Hara line. The Hara line is the anchor in the physical plane, so we must learn how to control the hara line for both teleportation and levitation, that is why we can move beyond the planes of existence and use our ability in levitation. Base or Root or Earth -- center for courage -- colors are red and black -- tone is low "U"(3)

This chakra energizes and strengthens the physical body, skeletal system, spine, blood, adrenal glands, and tissues. It also affects the sexual organs. (14)

3. Sacral, Sexual or Swadhisthana Chakra, previously called the Second Chakra

This chakra is symbolized by a white lotus within which is a crescent moon, with six vermillion, or orange petals. The seed mantra is Vam, and the presiding deity is Brahma, with the Shakti being Rakini ( or Chakini ). The animal associated is the crocodile of Varuna.(11)

The Sacral Chakra is located in the sacrum (hence the name) and is considered to correspond to the testes or the ovaries that produce the various sex hormones involved in the reproductive cycle. Swadisthana is also considered to be related to, more generally, the genitourinary system and the adrenals. The key issues involving Swadisthana are relationships, violence, addictions, basic emotional needs, and pleasure. Physically, Swadisthana governs reproduction, mentally it governs creativity, emotionally it governs joy, and spiritually it governs enthusiasm.(11)

The second chakra is about friendliness, creativity, sexuality, emotions and intuition on the gut level. It's influenced by how emotions were expressed or repressed during childhood.(2)

Clairsentience is an ability of the 2nd chakra. It is the ability to feel energy. The 2nd chakra is located just below the belly button. Clairsentience (also known as psychometry) is the ability to hold an object or touch someone and sense the energy surrounding that person, place or thing. A clairsentient is an individual who is empathic and senses energies. Energies can be light or heavy, smooth or abrasive, prickly or gentle, peaceful and airy or "good or bad". For example, when sensing a negative situation a clairsentient may feel sick, while a positive experience may feel like butterflies in the stomach, or a sense of feeling safe, peaceful and light. Learning to discern positive and negative energies can make all the difference when making decisions in life.(3)

Spiritual advisors and counselors use clairsentience to feel and sense the information and thought forms in energy fields. The information about the nature of energies is revealed in colors, lightness, darkness, or emotions such as joy or sadness. Sometimes clairsentients experience a sense of movement or stillness, relaying past, present and future life events. This ability is known to be essential for healers, counselors and therapists, or anyone who works with people - especially a psychic or spiritual advisor. You are processing that information through the 2nd chakra. So when you are feeling energy, validate that you are having a clairsentient experience. Clairsentience is also one of the main Navigational keys used in teleportation of the physical body. Sacral or Water -- center for creativity -- colors are orange and blue-green -- tone is "U"(3)

Sex Chakra controls the sexual organs and the bladder and is located in the pubic area. It is influenced by the ajna, throat, and basic chakra. A malfunction here can affect the sex chakra. (14)

4. Core Star or Navel Chakra - New

The Navel Chakra allows the attunement of the entire Etheric Body, especially the Root Chakra. As this Center is fully activated, an inner emotion of bliss is experienced.(7)

The study of the soul is a pursuit both demanding and satisfying. But the deeper the inquiry goes, the more mysterious the subject becomes. What is this entity? The soul is not a thing that can be held with the hands, or heard with the ears, or seen with the eyes. The soul may seem so elusive as to be nothing more than a profound absence, justifying the bleak sense that we are only what we appear to be, and that our spirit is merely a wishful notion. Yet occasionally, as if by grace, there seems to be in our lives a palpable presence of creative power and loving wisdom, the source of which is as close to us as our own true being. (2)

Currently there are great treasures emerging from the spiritual disciplines of the world. Humanity's wisdom teachings are presently accessible to anyone within reach of a bookstore. Today we can find, hidden within the literature of an ageless and worldwide esoteric tradition, an elegant theory and a simple practice that we can use as a map - to find the soul for ourselves. (2)

Meng Mein Chakra at the back of the navel regulates the upward flow of subtle pranic energy from the basic chakra. It controls the kidneys, adrenal glands and blood pressure. (14)

Navel Chakra on the navel controls and energises the intestines and appendix. A malfunction manifests itself as constipation, appendicitis, and intestinal problems. (14)

4a. Spleen Chakra (not pictured)
Spleen Chakra is on the left of your abdomen, just under the lowest left rib. The chakra purifies the blood of disease-causing germs and destroys worn-out blood cells. There is a back spleen chakra too. (14)

There is some contention that the Spleen Chakra may, in fact, be the Swadhisthana Chakra, so I've made a separate web page here.

5. Solar Plexus or Manipura, previously called the Third Chakra

This chakra is symbolized by a downward pointing triangle with ten petals, along with the color yellow. The seed syllable is Ram, and the presiding deity is Braddha Rudra, with Lakini as the Shakti.(11)

Manipura is related to the metabolic and digestive systems. Manipura is believed to correspond to Islets of Langerhans, which are groups of cells in the pancreas, as well as the outer adrenal glands and the adrenal cortex. These play a valuable role in digestion, the conversion of food matter into energy for the body. The colour that corresponds to Manipura is yellow. Key issues governed by Manipura are issues of personal power, fear, anxiety, opinion-formation, introversion, and transition from simple or base emotions to complex. Physically, Manipura governs digestion, mentally it governs personal power, emotionally it governs expansiveness, and spiritually, all matters of growth.(11)

The Solar Plexus Chakra governs protection. As this Center begins to activate, all need for manipulation or control of one's reality is transmuted. An inner sense of safety is experienced.(7)

Center of personal power. When the solar plexus is open you have found your unique gift, the work that gives you pleasure and makes you feel fulfilled. One way to find your gift is to consider what you most enjoyed doing when you were a child, this will give you clues about your natural inclinations. In martial arts the third chakra is considered the center of Chi, the life force energy or prana as it is also known and is one of the key chakras used in the technique of invisibility. Solar Plexus or Fire -- center for manifestation -- color is yellow -- tone is "O"(3)

Solar Plexus Chakra regulates the diaphragm, pancreas, liver and stomach This chakra can energise the whole body as subtle energies from the lower and higher chakras pass through it. This chakra is sensitive to emotion, tension, and stress and like the spleen,? has a back solar plexus too. (14)

5a. Diaphragm Center - New

The newly formed Diaphragm Center stores strong negative emotions. As this Chakra activates, fear and doubt dissolve. This Center, which sits over the diaphragm, governs full-conscious breathing, which is the ability to draw in the necessary prana or life energy through the breath.(7)

All your anxieties, fear and worries wind up in a knot here. (13)

6. Sacred Heart or Lower Heart - Previously Little Known

This center is the multidimensional gateway of the soul and is located just below your heart chakra.(6)

It can also be found in the auric field to the left side of the body [at the level of the left chest] and is the lower point of the etheric heart of the causal body or etheric body as it is known.(2)

Placing a Herkimer Diamond over the sacred heart chakra will help access this energy, bringing a sense of clarity, balance, and direction when there is confusion.(2)

7. Middle Heart or Anahata, previously called the Heart Chakra

This chakra is symbolized by a circular flower with twelve green petals. Within it is a yantra of two intersecting triangles, forming a hexagram, symbolizing a union of the male and female. The seed mantra is Yam, the presiding deity is Ishana Rudra Shiva, and the Shakti is Kakini.(11)

Anahata is related to the thymus, located in the chest. The thymus is an element of the immune system as well as being part of the endocrine system. It is the site of maturation of the T cells responsible for fending off disease and may be adversely affected by stress. Anahata is related to the colors green or pink. Key issues involving Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being. Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion.(11)

In Tibetan Buddhism, this centre is extremely important, as being the home of the indestructible red/white drop, which carries our consciousness to our next lives. It is described as being white, circular, with eight downward pointing petals, and the seed syllable Hum inside. During mantra recitation in the lower tantras, a flame is imagined inside of the heart, from which the mantra rings out. Within the higher tantras, this chakra is very important for realizing the Clear Light.(11)

The heart chakra is the center of compassion. When the heart is open, you transcend the limits of your people, plants, animals, all of life. This is the humanitarian center; you care about social causes, like saving the whales and the planet earth, and is the empathic center in the physical body. Heart or Air -- center for joy -- colors are green and pink -- tone is "A"(3)

Heart Chakra controls the heart, thymus gland and the circulatory system and is affected by the solar plexus chakra. There is a back heart chakra as well. (14)

8. Thymus Chakra -- High Heart -- Seat of the Soul, previously called the Tenth Chakra - New

The newly formed Thymus Center assists us in adjusting to our thought-form body. When fully activated, our physical body will respond to our thoughts in a direct fashion. This is when we will 'think it and be it', and where 'instant karma' is manifested - that is to say, 'what we think is what we get', whether it is for our highest good or not. You may be seeing the effects of this new Center now, as manifestation is occurring at a much more rapid rate on the Earth plane.(7)

As this chakra starts to open up the individual will begin to manifest many of the skills they have learned in all of their previous lives. These individuals will seem to excel at anything they undertake and any project they are involved with will take off from their influence. Soul Seat  (Mental Body) -- center for discernment -- color is gold -- sound is "eh ee eh"(3)

The Thymus is opening and separating from the Middle Heart. It will offer much more powerful immunity from diseases -- from colds to serious health problems. (13)

Meditation: First you must focus on is the thymus gland area by visualizing a purple blue light: like a candle flame on the upper chest below the throat area and above the heart chakra area in the center of your body. The purple blue flame should be visualized right there and that it is the size of a candle flame once you do it for 20 minutes. Then in the last ten minutes you should expand the purple blue flame of your soul seat through your imagination to about 12 feet around you engulfing everything. During this stage you will feel warmth in that area as well as power. OK. Do this thirty minutes every day.(2)

9. Throat Chakra or Vishuddha, previously called the Fifth Chakra

This chakra is depicted as a silver crescent within a white circle, with 16 light or pale blue, or turquoise petals. The seed mantra is Ham, and the residing deity is Panchavaktra shiva, with 5 heads and 4 arms, and the Shakti is Shakini.(11)

Vishuddha may be understood as relating to communication and growth through expression. This chakra is paralleled to the thyroid, a gland that is also in the throat and which produces thyroid hormone, responsible for growth and maturation. Physically, Vishuddha governs communication, emotionally it governs independence, mentally it governs fluent thought, and spiritually, it governs a sense of security. In Tibetan Buddhism, this chakra is red, with 16 upward pointing petals. It plays an important role in Dream Yoga, the art of lucid dreaming.(11)

This Center helps collect the pranic energy needed to purify and invigorate the physical body.(7)

The Throat Chakra governs speech, sound, vibration, communication, creativity, telepathy, inspiration. This is the center for communication. When this center is open, you will have a powerful desire to talk about what you're experiencing. When you do this, some of your old friends will fall away, but your true friends will always be there for you, so let go of the ones who are uncomfortable with the new person you are becoming. You'll find that there are many new and wonderful friends who will be magnetically drawn to you as your own energy changes. (2)

Clairaudience is an ability of this chakra. It is the ability to hear information. The 5th chakra is located in the base of the throat, just below the voice box. Many think that our inner dialog is just an overactive brain. We are, however, always receiving information on clairaudient levels. For example, have you ever tried to figure out how to do something and "a little birdie" tells you what you should do? This is your Clairaudience at work.  (Throat or Ether) -- center for truth -- color is blue -- tone is "E"(3)

Throat Chakra at the centre of the throat energises the throat, thyroid and parathyroid glands and the lymphatic system. It is linked to the sex chakra and a malfunction could give you asthma, throat ailments and infertility. (14)

10. Cerebellum Chakra or Well of Dreams - New

The Well of Dreams is, at the present time, vestigial. It sits just at the occipital at the back of the head [where the skull and neck are joined]. When fully activated, this Center will regulate multi-dimensional telepathic communication. When the Well of Dreams is fully awakened, the veil between the third dimension will dissolve and we will ascend to the 4th and 5th dimensions.(7)

The Cerebellum chakra is located on the back of the head and is positioned at the base. This centre is also known as the well of dreams. It is through this centre at we learn such skills as internal vision. Internal vision is the human version of an x-ray or nuclear magnetic resonance (MMR) process and is just as sophisticated. Internal vision includes the ability to look into the body at range and see wants to see. I have also noticed the there is energy active in this centre while working with peripheral vision. Crystals that aid with opening this centre are: Spirit Amethyst, and Selenite.(2)

This chakra is related to the Medulla Oblongata and the Cerebellum.(6)

The Well of Dreams allows you to visualize on levels higher than just the physical. The Well of Dreams is affecting the pituitary [Ajna] and the Pineal. We begin to then interact with the world of spirit. (13)

11. Minds Eye, also known as the Ajna or Brow Chakra, previously called the Sixth Chakra

In previous literature there has been a confusion as to whether 11 or 12 is the Third Eye point. These are two separate centers, the first apparently dealing with the pituitary gland and the second with the pineal gland. They are physically located quite close together in the brain, but the point of awareness during meditation is different. For the Ajna, concentrate on the point between your eyebrows. For the Guru Chakra, concentrate on the center of your brain behind your mid-forehead.

[This Chakra,] at the eyebrow center, is called Ajna Chakra, which includes "a" and "jna", which means the center without knowledge or with little knowledge ("a" is without and "jna" is knowledge).(10)

Located in the area of the pituitary gland, this Center regulates Light and radiation and when fully activated, will rejuvenate the entire physical body.(7)

The third eye is the center of psychic powers and higher intuition. You can receive guidance, channeling, and tune into your higher self. This is the center that enables you to experience telepathy, astral travel and past lives and is the centre linked with the abilities of ESP and Clairvoyance.  (Third Eye) -- center for vision -- color is indigo -- tone is "I"(I)(3)

Ajna Chakra between your eyebrows is important in yoga and meditation, where it is referred to as the centre of dhyaan. It is responsible for pituitary and endocrine glands and the brain. (14)

Meditation: I want you to visualize the center of your brain or head. Just visualize a golden sun there and the size of that golden sun is the size of a ping pong ball and do it for ten minutes. After the ten minutes please visualize the golden sun is growing full size of your head and filling your head and shining outwards for about ten more minutes. Then visualize the golden energy as a golden water spout, springing right out from your head through the crown chakras, like water from the water fountain and go up in the air about two feet or three feet and then with your mind's eye again seeing the golden water coming back down and hit, wetting and soaking your whole body, clothing, aura and organs, skins etc. In this golden energy of water bath and showers will create the light body and bringing back or activate your two-helix DNA strand into a twelve-helix DNA (light body type ) and all of your 72,000 psychic channels or chakras, both major and minor will be open and fully developed.(2)

12. Pineal Chakra or Guru Chakra - Previously Confused with Minds Eye

Forehead Chakra above the ajna controls and energises the pineal gland and nervous system. (14)

Suzanne Lie's Comments on the Pineal Chakra

"The Pineal Gland is the Portal through which the high frequency waves of multidimensional light and unconditional love enter your physical form. This Portal is a filter, as well as a magnet.

"The 'filter' dis-allows the low frequency, fearful thoughts/emotions from invading the higher realms. On the other hand, the "magnet" attracts the higher frequency thoughts/emotions to adhere to the downward facing peak. These higher frequency emotions send a bio-chemical message that you are ready to experience a higher frequency of reality.

"The Pineal Gland hangs from the top of the Third Ventricle of the brain, just over your brainstem, with its peak hanging upside down. This Gland works similar to a microphone that can direct certain frequencies to the woofer or to the tweeter.

"Your Pineal Gland can filter out the lower frequency thoughts and magnetize the higher frequency thoughts to its opening at the tip of the 'pinecone' shaped Pineal Gland that is hanging downward.

"People with a fear-based consciousness cannot accept the higher frequencies of light, as the extremely high frequencies will frighten them into creating frightening images. Therefore, the point of the pinecone, which is the Portal through which the higher light flows into the physical body, can only be opened by positive, higher dimensional thoughts/emotions.

"Positive, loving thoughts and emotions open the Portal because the energy signature shows that you have gained some Mastery of your energy field and are ready to experience higher realities. The higher light can then travel from the Core of the Pineal Gland activating the DMT. The DMT then stimulates the euphoric spots on your Eighth Chakra, at the hairline of your forehead, to open you to higher states of consciousness.

"At the same time, the Kundalini is stimulated to create an undulating sensation to pump the Kundalini Energy up from the Root Chakra and into the Brow Chakra where it is can connect with the incoming higher light and unconditional love. When this connection is complete, the Third Eye opens to activate your expanded perceptions of higher dimensional versions of reality.

"As the Kundalini rises, dross matter stored in the chakras is spun off by the increased spin of each chakra. These sensations can be quite blissful if you surrender to the process. However, if you tighten up and/or resist the process, there can be pain and discomfort.

"Once the Kundalini energy starts rising up your spine, it begins the process of transmuting your physical body into Lightbody. At this point, changes will need to be made regarding your choices in foods, life styles, thoughts, emotions and behaviors, so that you can become the Master of your energy field.

"To be the Master of your energy field means that you have gained mastery over the thoughts that you allow to linger in your mind and the emotions on which you choose to focus. Once the Pineal Portal has opened and stimulated the Kundalini to rise up your spine, it is vital that you become the Master of your Energy, for your thoughts and emotions will begin to manifest.

"If you allow the old behaviors and habits of fear, anger, doubt or sorrow to overcome you, it will be the same as crashing into a wall at 60 miles an hour. Once the process of transmuting your form has begun, it is difficult, and even dangerous, to try to stop it. Fortunately, your expanded perceptions act as safety mechanisms to protect you.

S: "How do our expanded perceptions serve as a safety mechanism?

A:" Please remember that most doubt stems from fear. If you doubt your process, you will resist your sensations and try to shut down the Flow of higher light by 'slamming on the breaks," which will bring on the sensation of "crashing into the wall.'

"Conversely, if you are experiencing unconditional love and waves of bliss while you are perceiving Higher Beings, Star Ships, Galactics and/or beautiful realms of love and light, you will not be afraid. Therefore, you will not doubt your experience, and you will be able to Flow with your journey until it comes to its natural conclusion.

"This completion will occur when your body sends a message via the bio-chemical circuits that you have become fatigued. Then, the process can slowly come to completion in a manner that allows your body to adapt to its former bio-chemical and neurological status.

S: "Thank you. I understand now how novel and blissful perceptions can allow us to surrender to our process of transmutation into higher frequencies of expression.

A: "Now that Earth resonates to a much higher frequency, the dark ones in the Lower Astral are more contained. Therefore, they cannot attack your psyche as they have in the past. Hence, transmutation of your form is a safer process. Before this era, the ascension process had to take place in a protected area, such as a Temple, and the ascending one had to be under 24-hour care. There were also Ascended Masters to assist the ascending one from the higher dimensions.

"Soon, many will be undergoing this process of ascension, and many of them will need assistance. That is why it is vital to remember that Gaia is to be a component of your process. When you are dedicated to Gaia's planet Earth, you will be part of an ascension process that includes the entire planet. Therefore, you will have the protection of the entire planet and direct access to the collective consciousness of ALL the human, animals, plants, elements and Elementals who are also ascending."

Other People's Comments on the Pineal Chakra

The Pineal Center is now known as the Vision Center. This Center draws in and helps store the Higher Light frequencies.(7)

The Pineal Gland is about the size of a pea, and is in the center of the brain in a tiny cave behind and above the pituitary gland which lies a little behind the root of the nose. It is located directly behind the eyes, attached to the third ventricle. (2) The point of awareness during meditation is the middle of the brain at the level of the mid-forehead.

In this chakra all of the Christ abilities lie dormant, waiting to be released and used in the outer and inner worlds. This chakra is known as the Upper Dan Tien. (Astral Body) -- center for knowing -- color is white -- sound is "aah eee"(3)

For the aspirant who is willing to do so, the Guru Chakra is used to purify the mind and to bring down spiritual truths. "Gu" means darkness and "ru" means light. Guru is the light that dispels the darkness of ignorance. Guru is not any person, although guru may operate through a person. Guru is actually the higher knowledge itself…. Guru Chakra is the doorway to that knowledge, to the wisdom and guidance of the teacher within. Guru Chakra is experienced in the forehead, and is also called Jnana Chakra, or the center with knowledge. The knowledge of Ajna is lower knowledge, while the knowledge of Jnana is higher knowledge.(10)

Meditation: The Yogi invites all of the thoughts and samskaras to arise in the mind field of Ajna Chakra and offers them into the higher knowledge, the triangular shaped fire of Guru or Jnana Chakra…. Like ice melting back into its form of water, the colorings of attraction, aversion and fear fall away in the inner fire. It has also been likened to gold being purified in a fire, whereby the dross burns away, allowing the gold to become purer. From that process the pathway is cleared, and higher wisdom and teachings come down to the Ajna. Eventually, awareness itself travels upward, receding through and beyond, to That which is the final abode, the Absolute, the union of Shiva and Shakti.(10)

13. Crown Chakra or Sahasrara, previously called the Seventh Chakra

Sahasrara, which means 1000 petaled lotus, is generally considered to be the chakra of pure consciousness, within which there is neither object nor subject. When the female kundalini Shakti energy rises to this point, it unites with the male Shiva energy, and a state of liberating Samadhi is attained. Symbolized by a lotus with one thousand multi-colored petals, it is located either at the crown of the head, or above the crown of the head. Sahasrara is represented by the color white and it involves such issues as inner wisdom and the death of the body.(11)

Its role may be envisioned somewhat similarly to that of the pituitary gland, which secretes hormones to communicate to the rest of the endocrine system and also connects to the central nervous system via the hypothalamus. According to author Gary Osborn, the thalamus is thought to have a key role in the physical basis of consciousness and is the 'Bridal Chamber' mentioned in the Gnostic scriptures. Sahasrara's inner aspect deals with the release of karma, physical action with meditation, mental action with universal consciousness and unity, and emotional action with "beingness".(11)

In Tibetan Buddhism, the point at the crown of the head is represented by a white circle, with 32 downward pointing petals. It is of primary importance in the performance of phowa, or consciousness projection after death, in order to obtain rebirth in a Pure Land. Within this chakra is contained the White drop, or Bodhicitta, which is the essence of masculine energy.(11)

Miracle worker, can transcend the laws of nature, total access to the unconscious and the subconscious. (Crown) -- center for inspiration -- colors are violet and white -- tone is "ohm"(3)

Crown Chakra is on the crown of your head and controls and energises the pineal gland, the brain and body. A malfunction can cause physical or psychological illness. (14)

GALACTIC AND TRANSPERSONAL CHAKRAS

The Galactic Chakras that connect us to the Higher Realms are the Causal Body Chakra, the Soul Star, and the God's Head.

There are three New Age transpersonal chakras: Soul Star, God's Head, and Stellar Portal.(9)

14. Causal Body Chakra or Higher Crown Chakra, previously called the Eighth Chakra

Accounts of the location of the Causal Body Chakra are various -- 6 inches above the crown and off to your left just a bit. Behind the upper part of the skull. ??  It's possible the causal body chakra needs to be split up into two centers, one to the left and one to the right of the crown chakra, as described by source (7) below:

The Left Causal Body Chakra sits outside of the left side of the head, above the Crown Center, and represents what is left of the negative Ego. It controls the right side of the physical body. This Center is the source of desire for harmony.(7)

The Right Causal Body Chakra sits outside of the right side of the head and above the Crown Center. It represents what is left of the Ego. It controls the left side of the physical body and regulates creative talents. It is the Center where love and compassion originate.(7)

Here are accounts that treat the Causal Chakra as just one chakra:

This chakra is the Causal Chakra or Higher Crown Chakra and is located 6 inches above the crown and off to your left just a bit. This chakra connects you to the Spiritual Realm.(6)

This chakra is located behind the upper part of the skull. Activating this chakra allows our minds to receive divine inspiration. Kyanite is especially helpful here. You can tuck a stone behind your head when lying down or a helper can hold a stone a little off the back of the head at the point if sitting or standing.(1)

The Causal can keep us calm and present whatever the turbulence and ‘noise’ of everyday life going on around us. This chakra is maintained in a receptive state through techniques that bring peace of mind and mental stillness, such as meditation. Use the Causal as a focus to achieve a sense of serenity.(1)

This centre enables the individual to achieve advanced out-of-body projection, etheric projection, spiritual perception, and spiritual wisdom. I use the word spiritual here because these abilities and ideas are larger than the self and the earth and is where the ability of remote viewing resides.(2)

This centre enables the individual to achieve advanced out-of-body projection, spiritual perception, and spiritual wisdom. I use the word spiritual here because these abilities and ideas are larger than the self and the earth and is where the ability of remote viewing resides. (Etheric Body) - center for release - color is black - sound is "ee oh eh"(3)

15. Soul Star or Core Star

The Soul Star is variously described as being located 6 or 12 inches above the Crown.

The Soul Star chakra is a chakra that many meditation practitioners say is located above the crown chakra. The Soul Star chakra is said to be located about 4-5 fingers above the head. This chakra is associated with spiritual connection between individuals, as well as connection to one's Higher Self.(9)

This is the center of your Etheric Chakra [and is located 12 inches above the crown. (arms' length above head) This is the center for peace and harmony and the chakra used to connect with your Higher Self and the Etheric Realm as well as accessing a theta state of consciousness.(6)

It brings in spiritual energy from the spiritual core. (2)

The Core Star begins the ascension process on an energy level within the individual. This chakra contains the energetic connections necessary so the individual can manifest advanced spiritual skills, such as travel beyond the limits of time and space, teleportation, bi-location, telekinesis and instantaneous precipitation of thoughts into matter. this chakra is known as the core star. 11th Chakra (Causal Body) -center for awareness -color is silver -sound is "oh aah ee."(3)

This is found just above the head. It is the bridge between impersonal essence and personal reality. The soul star works like a transducer to moderate the very high vibrational energy and information beamed down from the spiritual planes through the Stellar Gateway, to a level we can assimilate in our physical existence. Selenite is usually the best stone to use at this point. You may also visualize a golden white ball of energy floating above the crown chakra which will help to clear any negative clouding of the Soul Star. Black tourmaline placed at the Earth Star will protect you if you are cleansing away unpleasant energies from this area.(1)

Activation of the Soul Star allows us to understand the interconnectedness of all things and can give us feelings of unconditional love and compassion, for the dark as well as the light, the good and the bad.(1)

‘Space cadet’ types who prefer to float out into the realms of light & resist grounding their spirituality down into the physical are escaping through the Soul Star. This is not helpful to that person’s development as we are meant to be down here experiencing the duality of the Earth Plane. It is important to activate the Earth Star before the Soul Star otherwise you'll be spacey and ungrounded. Being well grounded also helps you to integrate this high energy.(1)

16. God's Head, God Portal, or Middle Transpersonal Chakra

This chakra is said to be located about 12 inches above the head.(9)

This chakra is your Gateway to the Universe. This is your Galactic Chakra Center, your personal portal to other dimensions and means of connection to Heavenly Beings such as the Ascended Masters, Galactic Federation, Ashtar Command and other Galactic Beings.(6)

The Stellar gateway is found above the Soul Star. Once activated it is our direct line to the Divine Source. The connection needs to work both ways, as a spiritual exchange between you and the Divine. It gives access to infinite energy. The best way to attain the open state of the Stellar Gateway is through daily meditative practice as this enables a detachment of the heart and mind from the personal. Using this chakra allows access to Divine wisdom and compassion. Selenite is helpful for clearing the Stellar Gateway.(1)(5)

[This] chakra is our inherited link with the prime creator and the grand porthole network of the Universe energy system of wholeness, and is the aggregate of all dimensions and realities. It is here that we learn the ability of moving through the vertical timeline, the hara line and BST (4) time travel (3).

"It looks like a gold band of energy or a halo. The God's Head is made up of three points: Activity, Will, and Wisdom. It is linked with the monadic plane (second cosmic ether). For thousands of years in magic circles they have known the God's Head as the cloud of knowledge. It is here that we find the light language of the first source and it is through active intelligence that we link into the God's Head. The vehicle of the higher consciousness, and the temple of the indwelling God, through the generic mind of the human instrument. As we link the hara laser line and align with the God's Head we can draw energy down through the crown chakra. (2)

17. Grand Portal or Stellar Portal Chakra

Before you explore this chakra, spend plenty of time cleansing and energizing all the lower chakras, especially the subpersonal chakras. Then when you feel yourself quite solidly grounded, and want to explore the Transpersonal Chakras, the best thing is to start with the lowest and work your way up, always keeping awareness of some portion of your physical body, such as a place where you feel discomfort or constriction. Please take this warning to heart. You must be thoroughly grounded to avoid slipping into an alternate dimension or reality and not returning.

This, the highest transpersonal chakra (the Grand Portal Chakra or Stellar Portal Chakra is said to be located about 18 inches above the head. This chakra is called the "grand portal" because it is believed by some mystics, magicians and yogis to provide access for soul travel into other parts of this universe, into alternate universes, to higher planes of existence, to the past or future history of our own timeline or alternate timelines via time travel forward or backward in time, or to other cosmoses.(9)

18. Even Higher Chakras?

Another chakra approximately two feet from the body, connects with the sacred gridwork of the Earth. A higher chakra aligns with the solar system, an even higher one with the galactic center, and a yet higher one with our physical universal. The highest chakra aligns with the super-galactic center that is a gateway for the most ascended of masters and for the purest energies of the heart associated with the divine Mother and universal love.(12)

This is done by using telepathy and empathy and on occasion the abilities of Invisibility, Teleportation , Time Travel ,and or Interstellar Travel may be used as well and it's sole purpose is to protect humanity from an hostile enemy should the need arise. and is not be used for any other propose.
